ASPIM announces the arrival of a new member, the investment management company (SGP) Advenis REIM, which means it now represents and defends the interests of all SCPI management companies. This market today represents a capitalisation of 53 billion €, 31 specialised agents and 177 vehicles.
More than ever, the Association now accompanies the growth and development of real estate funds. Beginning with the PACTE draft bill, it will seize the next legislative opportunities to request further improvements to the legal framework of SCPIs.
